New-homeowner leads & direct mail
Start from a blank card: upload finished artwork from Canva, or build it here with text, images, a logo and a scannable QR code. Then generate a fresh mailing list of homeowners who just closed in your target ZIP codes.
In Canva, choose Custom size and set:
Then Download → PNG and drop it in — it becomes the whole front. That's 9 × 6 in at print quality.
Set Units to px, not in. Canva builds an inches canvas at screen resolution, so the card prints blurry and small text becomes hard to read.
Drop an image straight onto the card, or add an element below. Drag anything to move it; grab a corner to resize.
Every household that just closed on a home in your target ZIP codes — new build or resale — matched to its mailing address. Select the ones you want to mail.

Hand the selected list to a print-and-mail partner over their API — they print, address, stamp, and drop your postcards. You just approve and pay.
Mail a copy of this exact card to yourself as well, so you can hold what the homeowners get. Saved for next time.
Payment is taken before anything is printed or mailed.
Saved here for everyone on your account. You can also keep a backup file on your own computer and open it again later.
Only you (Latitude36) load the county list — clients never see this door. The raw names & addresses stay on the server; clients get proof, not the list.
Every paid drop, newest first. The CSV is that order’s mailed addresses.
